Contact us right away to let us know of the problem, and then return the discs as usual. Our staff will retrieve the discs, check them, and give you a refund for faulty discs.
You can also drop-in the outlet and speak to one of our friendly customer service staff during staffed hours. Our staff will be glad to check the disc for you and issue refunds as necessary.
